You're not going to be the best eyecare practice in your area if you aren't studying up on your competition. Find out what they are doing to market their practice in the community, it could help inspire some ideas for your own promotions. The marketing side of your business is an important part of maintaining your relationships with loyal patients, and for recruiting new ones!
