Different Mindsets of a Tradeshow Attendee: Scholar

Scholar

It's time to highlight another important mindset of tradeshow attendees at Vision Expo West, the Scholar. There is no shortage of learning opportunities at Vision Expo for the Scholar to take advantage of. We want to help you get that brain nice and full, so we've pulled together some resources for you:

Continuing Education Program
Vision Expo has changed the CE format up a bit this year and has divided the program into four areas of interest: business solutions, medical/clinical, optical technology, and contact lenses. They did this to make it easier for attendees to develop a strategy and select the courses they want. You can get the full list of CE courses, learn about the speakers, and get pricing info HERE.

Now, are you aching to attend the show and the CE Program, but your manager doesn't see the point? If so, the good people at Vision Expo have a plan to help you plead your case. They put this letter together to help you make a case to your manager. Do some calculations, make your case, and get yourself to the show!

FREE Continuing Education
You can take advantage of free CE at the show, in addition to the full program, through a series of supplier endorsed programs in the Medical & Scientific theater. Essilor, Marco, Compulink, SmileReminder, and Diopsys are all sponsors, so the subject matter is diverse. Check out the schedule HERE.

In-Booth Seminars & Presentations
A lot of exhibitors are going to the extra mile and offering seminars in their booths that you can attend at no charge. The great thing about these is that a lot of them are focused on ways to improve business, so the content has you in mind. You won't just be sitting through a sales-pitch or demo. This is something we've started offering in our booth and we've really enjoyed it, we think the attendees do too. Some that stood out to us when researching are below. (Don't worry, information for ours is below too because we know you want to sign up!)
