Our Customer Service Team is always working with VisionWeb users to make the online ordering process as simple as possible. Recently, we asked them if they have any tips that they would like to share and they immediately brought up the "Favorite Order Template", which we thought was pretty cool.
Essentially, VisionWeb users have the ability to save a partially completed order to pending so that they can return to it later. Super handy if you're in the middle of an order and need to step away for some other task in the practice because you won't lose your work. But, the other thing that you can do with this feature is use it create spectacle lens ordering template for orders that are popular or common in your practice. It can save you a lot of time if you've got a common order that you're constantly re-entering!
